Reginald FredNORMANCBE, C.Eng, BSc, MSc, F.I.Ag.Eng, F.C.I.M. 90, of Chiswell Green, St Albans, passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 30th, 2018 at home. Born in Eyam, Derbyshire, he lived most of his life in Cambridge before moving to St Albans to be nearer family. He is survived by his three children, Alan, Diana, and Brian, and three grandchildren. The funeral will be at 12.15pm on Thursday 29th November at the East Chapel, Cambridge Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations if desired may be made payable to Marie Curie c/o Harry Williams Funeral Service, 83 Victoria Road, Cambridge, CB4 3BS.
